		<description><![CDATA[One correction: Whether a journal is publicly viewable before 1923 or before 1870 actually depends on where the journal was published, not on where you, the reader, are located.

I&#039;ve been slowly adding more JSTOR Early Journal Content journals to The Online Books Page, noting where the journals are in the public domain past the point where free JSTOR coverage ends, and where copies of later issues can be found on other sites, when I know of them.
